Great Hall

Well I think as the Great hall should follow all the rules of Global Chat I think it should have the same cool down as global (If this is not possible that is alright)

The Great Hall basically does follow all of the Global rules since it is a very popular and public place. I don't think this is possible (I wouldn't quote me on that) but I don't think it's needed, since we already have staff hanging around to watch it and rules that cover what should and shouldn't be reported that could happen.

I disagree in the sense of roleplay occurs there. Global only has the cool down to not 1. disturb Mordonia players and 2. Too lessen the conversations. Great Hall is meant for those conversations so it sorta breaks the purpose of the cool down in the first place.

hard and laggy to code, and no.  Global cooldown is there to prevent mordonia from being overwhelmed and to encourage use of local so people meet up and roleplay rather than chat in global.
