He casted Vicis Vulpes.

I hope this is enough evidence...

For all we know you could've just walked in front of him whilst killing mobs. But we can't see anything more. 

Also as @Zoe Tripp has said before cut down the size of your signature it's too big for the forums rules.

I did not think that deadly spells would work in Dada classroom. I thought it was just Charms Classroom. I casted the spell to make her scared (which was a dumb idea),but I guess you can cast deadly spells. I learned from my mistakes and I take full responsibility
