When i was spell spamming stupefy at hagrids, i just see raccoon saying this http://prntscr.com/e4bzzy, so, since he talked in /me, there must be a reason, and if im correct, talking in /me when muted is exploiting.

So i dont know if he has really been muted and exploiting /me. Or he's just talking in /me for fun without have been muted.I just wanted to report this in case of breaking rules.
Also,here is more proof he talked in /me
