Family History:
Ambrosius Flume began his years at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft & Wizardry with a loyal and passionate route for learning. He was admired by his classmates and peers for his outgoing yet earnest nature with his studies. It did not take long for him to become recognized as a candidate for the Slug Club. On one of many trips to Hogsmeade during Ambrosius's time at Hogwarts he met the woman who would later become Mrs. Flume. Ambrosius came to love the cozy village, even more so than Hogwarts, and cherished his visits that he got to spend trudging the snowy streets with the girl he fell in love with.
Ambrosius had decided early on that he wanted to dedicate his life to brightening people's lives with his bubbly personality. He was a business-man who was dedicated to his work and study. He also loved to smile though and enjoyed making other people smile as well. Thus, it took him many years of hardship in managing business here and there to settle down with Mrs. Flume. They both decided to return to the village of Hogsmeade and open Honeydukes. The candy shop would work to give warmth back to the village that both Mr. and Mrs. Flume had always loved.
Today, Honeydukes is still functioning and running successfully in its original location of Hogsmeade. Above the shop is an apartment owned by Mr. and Mrs. Flume's currently living descendants: the Flume sisters Lisa and Octavia Flume.
