I don't know if this is a real offense, But if a player deliberately lagg the server out, then it must be an offense on level with DDoS'ing, right?

I am tired of those nonverbal Periculum dudes spamming it and crashing the server every time I am on...
I know the name of this one but if it isn't considered any offense I won't soil his name..

I will look into reducing periculum's effect, or possibly adding a cooldown feature to Spellbook for spells that cause lag.  It might be necessary.

Why is Xero's name in my head all of a sudden? Like... I wonder what made me think of him? I have no idea...
