Lost Wand and Broom on Death by Nothing

I was fine, in a safe area, then I started to lag out. I came back to find myself dead and everything missing, including my wand and broom. My wand is a family wand that is Veela Hair and Cypress. My broom is a Firebolt. I lost a few other stuff but all I can remember is one diamond pickaxe with unbreaking 1 on it, and another one that is not enchanted. I also had 38 pumpkin pies... Thats all I can remember on items. I had 28 experience levels.
