Can someone please give me a detailed help guide for towny and commands I am able to do as a mayor. I especially need help with perms. The perms for building, destroying, etc, say f, a, and o. I mostly want to know what those stand for, but everything else helps.

Towny isn't a plugin we've made so we don't maintain it or offer much help with it. I suggest you search the internet for your answers.
