I am fairly new to this server, but I am looking for a house/shop with my friend so we can start a small potion making business. We know that the buildings tend to be very expensive, but if anyone already owns a shop and has an extra floor, we would love to buy it. It would give you a little money, and you won't have an empty space that does nothing. Or if you just don't want to manage your shop anymore, we can take it off your hands! We are open to negotiation, but please don't have an over excessive price.
