Hey Everyone,
I just wanted to inform anyone who is on the teamspeak regularly, that some of the rules and permissions about team speak have been modified. You now need a year tag for most channels, this will cut down on the people joining channels with the annoying sound boards. Also, some channels require specific years, ie: Hogsmeade is year 3.
Additionally the teamspeak has been rearranged, the FUN header no longer exists instead it was separated moving anything that was inside of the server to ROLEPLAYING and everything else to OTHER. So now there is a definite difference between what is for the mc server and what is related to other things.
Soon we will be reworking the server rules and putting them in the channel headers, instead of being in individual channels.
Also note, the channel description will indicate any not-obvious channel group required to join.
The Entrance Hall & Music Chamber as well as some other channels are 'guest friendly' ie: you don't require a year tag to join. Anything that says 1st year plus requires an admin given year tag.
Hope that clears up some stuff.
The ip for our teamspeak is teamspeak.knockturnmc.com & anyone can join ! However, joining some roleplay channels will require a year tag !
