So I've been noticing that a few people have had an issue where their MC sound just decides 'No im not gonna work >:D' I know how to fix this now!
1) Press ESC
2) Options
3) Resource Pack
4) Remove and Replace your Texture pack
5) Press 'Done'
6) FIXED!
