I'm gonna be really nitpicky to help you with this. 
Weber- I think Weber is a guy from Rainbow Six, I dunno what I think of it though.
Wagner- Did you know there's a beach where I lived named after you?
Hartmann- Why do you have two Ns? One is fine.
Wolf- I dunno, I just don't like it.
Arnold- I know a girl irl with that name but I dunno,I find it kinda weird.
Bishop- Maybe if your name was Billy.
Jacobs- Jraco Dacobs. XD
Proctor- Sounds like a physics term.
Corey- Does not sound good as a last name at all.
Conrad- More of a first name.
Eldridge- I actually like this.
Fontayne- Looks like fountain.
Blaze- Draco Blaze sounds like a wrestler or someone from Mortal Kombat.
Liebe- Is that pronounced leeb? Lybe? Lee-bay? Lie-bay?
Stark- Do you really want to be related to Iron Man?
Bach- You're not a composer.
Zander- No, that's Bri's crush.
Merril- Looks like Marril, a Pokemon.
Gerard- This one I actually like.
Schoenheit- Not even gonna try pronouncing that.
Those are my opinions only bear in mind.

LOL. If Bach is out of the picture just because it's a composer's name, that cuts out Weber, Wagner, and Arnold as well. And those are just 3 I can think of right away.
(Also, Bach is part of my last name IRL, but I am not much of a composer. My grandpa used to try to convince us that we were related to J.S. Bach. )
