New Mob - Phoenix

The problem I find with Phoenixes is that they tend to burn their loot when they die. I don't mean it in a glitchy way but I mean that they will set me on fire then they die and I lose their loot. I'm fine with the Phoenixes setting me on fire but maybe when their health goes down to 10% or their health bar turns red they stop shooting fire so this problem doesn't happens. I feel like this happens not only to me and it gets even more annoying since the Phoenixes take so long to kill.

I can possibly make it so instead of turning a fire block they just set u on fire after their health is low.
