Making a spell book

Hey i was wondering if i could make a spell book with spells that you cant find in the normal spell books and sell them? i have read the rules but i was thinking of putting them in a shop not to many people would go to or somthing like that, or making it so you could only obtain the tier one spells once you were tier 2 or somthing. i will understand if you deny this request.

This seems like an interesting idea, and I have many, many spells I could contribute, but how would you regulate what people buy? Unless you're doing an over the counter type of business, I don't think there is a way readily available to check tiers in an automated shop, making prohibition based on tiers impossible.

they would be around 10 galleons and i would if we aren't doing the tiers then i would categorize them by flare spells, combat spells, exploration spells......
