How old do u have to b to apply for a staff rank?

Idk if this is in the right section, but how old do u have to b to apply for a staff rank? Cause all it says is "There is an age limit to applying" but it doesn't tell me how old u have to b. And is it how old u r IRL? PLZ help me

Staff age limit is not disclosed due to the fact many people may lie about their age if informed before hand.
