Surprise Party for Pandette (shhhhhh)

HEY GUYS!

Cissy Jones here.  You know.... Knights of Walpurgis.....Muggle-born hating..... Yeaaaa Well, no one is perfect! ANYWAY!

Omggggg it's going to be Pandetta's Birthday soon.  The Big owner! And she is going to be 25, oh man! That's like a quarter of a century! (man she is getting oldd......) I never said that.

Anyway, the Knights of Walpurgis is sponsoring her birthday party! (Yes yes yes, we will have some special food, and some new stuff !) During the party, we will even let there be alcohol!

So we have a few events planned! Aren't y'all excitedddd ?

So here is the deal

6:30 PM EST -- The Party Starts -- People Arrive and there is going to be music and dancing etc. (Best Couple Event will begin voting)

7:15 PM EST -- Pandetta will arrive !!!

7:30 PM EST - First Event ! Best Photo Contest (Pre-Entry).  People will vote on which photo they think is the best!  Photos need to be submitted below first. One photo per person.  If there are more than 10 entries the 'best' will be chosen for finalists and put into the dance.

8:00 PM EST - Funniest Howler Event - People can send Pandetta one howler at a time and the one that makes people laugh the most wins!

8:30 PM EST - Best Poem about Cats Contest (Pre-Entry) 10 People will be given permission to recite poems and then everyone will vote on the best!  Put all entries below first and if more than 10 enter, the best 10 will be selected for finalists.

9:00 PM EST - Funny/Troll Spells Contests (Pre-Entry).  Depending on how good the recommendations the top 3-10 spells that are posted below will be coded into the server & put on display in front of everyone.  Describe the spell below and the best 3-10 will be picked and coded.  They have to be funny/trolly/original

9:30 PM EST - Voting of the Best Couple (Top 3)

10:00 PM EST - Dance ends!

I hope everyone enters in the contests and is excited.  I realize it is on a thursday which is a school night, but we can't pick when someone is born!  Hopefully people will enjoy !

Her is a spell I think could be coded. :3 Maybe there could be a spell that after its casted white flares come out of both ends of your character (kindof like the Pepper Imps from the books) then you fly into the air then you start to fly into the air (like Alarte Ascendio) then you "change from different animals" (turn invisible then ride an animal like the Canary Cakes) as you fly into the air. Then finally as you reach the top you turn into a chicken and have a bunch of flares explode from you. :3 I dunno if this is either a bit over the top or not even possible to be coded but this is just a suggestion Happy B-Day Also maybe the Incantation is Animalis Mutante

Troll spell-
"Stikto" Makes a player stuck to the ground for X amount of time (depending on how much it's been casted.) Whenever the victim tries to move, it teleports them 20 blocks in the air.
I mean, I would get annoyed if someone used that on me.
