Josh has realized his mistake and has appologized, I would like to not see anyone else arguing in the replys about this. I'm not offically making it closed or anything like that, just saying that it's been solved somewhat. I would like to request that there wil be a new rule for Experlliaramus to avoid this kind of thing again.

Expelliarmus has no set rules for it, therefore no one here will be directly punished. What goes beyond this is not for public talk.

guys so from what i know from Harry Potter if someone Cast's Expelliarmus on you They DONT have to give you back your wand also
In a situation like this, what happens in the Harry Potter Universe does not affect the rules being breached.
